The LIPID MAPS® Oxidized Phospholipid Database (Oxidized Phospholipid DB) is a virtual database composed of major classes of oxidized lipid species generated from a list of commonly occurring acyl/alkyl chains.
Chain positions and double bond regiochemistry and geometry are not specified. The database is designed to support oxidized phospholipid discovery workflows by providing a searchable reference space for common oxidized phospholipid classes and predicted precursor matches.
Use the Search interface to submit precursor masses, select adducts, and review candidate matches together with predicted product ions.
